Founded in 1846 in Benevento, Italy by Antonio Rummo, Pasta Rummo continues to be a family company today. All their pasta is crafted using Rummo's patented Lenta Lavorazione® slow-processing method. Created and used exclusively by Rummo, this production process allows their Italian pasta to remain firm and al-dente, even when cooked longer than needed or when reheated. Extrusion of the pasta with special bronze dies that give it a rough, sauce-absorbing surface, capable of elevating meals from ‘good’ to ‘mouth-watering.’

Rummo Gluten-free pasta is one of the Italian pastas with more history and without a doubt, one of the best in the market. Our Gluten- Free plant operates in a totally different part of Italy from our Classic pasta and we follow all of the rigid rules and regulations set out for all products that are to be free of gluten.
